Inkjet cartridges and cell phones may be placed in the collection box outside the big classroom for recycling. MEEC receives funds for each item we collect.

Campbell Labels for Education
Campbell labels can be placed in the collection bin outside the big classroom. We need the UPC portion of the label and the small "Labels for Education" symbol next to it.

Tyson 123 Labels
Cut the "A+ 123" portion of the label from Tyson food products and put them in the Campbell's bin outside the big classroom. MEEC earns 24 cents for each one!

T-shirts, Sweatshirts, and Hats with the MEEC logo are available during the fall term. Watch your child's mailbox for a flyer on how to order these unique items

Annual MEEC Buffet Dinner and Auction
This event is MEEC's single, largest fundraiser each year and is usually held each February. This year's event will be Sunday, February 20, 2011 with doors opening at 4:00 PM. The event is held at the Donauschwaben German-American Cultural Center in Olmsted Township. The event includes a buffet dinner, cash bar, both a live and silent auction and a chance to win terrific door prizes. Can’t fit it into your schedule? You can purchase a “ticket only” which still gives you a chance to win a door prize!

Dine-out with MEEC at the Southland Applebees
Have a meal at the Southland Applebees on Wednesday, 7 December 2011, and a portion of your bill will be donated to MEEC. The Applebees is located at 6871 Pearl Road in Middleburg Hts. This is near the Giant Eagle at the Southland Shopping Center. Print-off and bring the Dining to Donate Applebees coupon. Present the coupon to your server with your bill and 15% of that price will be given to MEEC.

Annual Brass Concert to Benefit MEEC
Every year on a Sunday in January members of Bethel Lutheran Church sponsor a Brass Concert with a free-will offering taken to benefit MEEC's Scholarship fund. The 2011 edition is scheduled for Sunday, 16 January 2011 at 3PM. The concert will take place in the sanctuary at Bethel Lutheran Church. Mark your calendars for this excellent musical performance.
